Isobel Jones is an Australian film producer, specialising in short-form projects such as TV commercials, short films, music videos, and branded content.
After earning her Bachelor's degree in Film & Screen Media Production from Griffith Film School, she spent three years as a Production Manager at Two Little Films (nee Two Little Indians). She then gained agency experience as a Broadcast & Content Producer at Publicis, managing TV commercials, content, photography, print, digital & radio projects. Shortly after her time with Publicis, Isobel was the producer for The Colour Suite with Kali Bateman CSI where she managed all bookings, client communications and attended sessions.
She then made the move to Sydney and was a Creative Producer at Heckler, where she managed post-production for both short and long form projects. When required, she handled the shoots of TVCs at Heckler, working with directors and crew to achieve the best outcome for clients.
Isobel's short films are currently being submitted to film festivals and are not available for public viewing. Six of One was selected to screen at the 32nd International Flickerfest film festival and St Kilda Film Festival in 2023, and Thea Goes To Town premiered in 2021 at the Brisbane International Film Festival.
Isobel’s latest short film, In Absence, written and directed by Paul Nevison and starring Christopher James Baker (Ozark, True Detective, Boys Swallows Universe) has finished its festival run and is now available online, see HERE.
Isobel's highest value in her work is making sure everyone involved in the production is well looked after, informed and taken care of. She is passionate and devoted to the craft of filmmaking and is always striving to improve and achieve new heights.
